Good communication & a speedy response to any email or question was right to the point.took a day or so longer than expected to sign off on the loan.but I really don't have any complaints. All is good just wish the rate and fees where lower....

Brad worked hard on our refi to many problems came up we were going to walk away but Brad kept us grounded.He was the only reason we stayed.
