Brad and his team were on top of my client loan process every step of the way. Their communication was exceptional and they closed our deal in 14 days.
I would definitely recommend using Brad L'Engle as your preferred lender.
Better communication, buyers ended up closing 21 days late due to lack of communication needed t get their funds into escrow. Nor sure if this was on the agent or loan officer or who.
If you are a first time homebuyer, go with this team! Detailed, kind and knowledgeable and just good people!
The level of care and understanding for first time homebuyers is excellent. They listen, the whole team is very kind and answer every question, they are detailed, accommodating, non judgmental and just amazing people!
