I don't remember any communication with the lender at all as they were the preferred lender for the builder. I did not hear any complaints from my clients though which is good.
Brad and team helped to make the purchase process for me new home go smoothly. I appreciate the positive and proactive service that I received.

Whatever the situation, it’s always a pleasure walking my clients through the process of financing their home. My goal is to make the experience as smooth as possible for everyone involved. I attribute my success to maintaining a high level of communication from start to finish. I find that this reduces the stress that is often associated with buying a home. Keeping everyone in the loop early and often is always what I strive for with every loan that I originate.
