My client said they had to do a lot of the leg work for the loan people. I also had to check in from time to time to get an update on the loan's stage. But it did turn out well in the end and that is all that matters.

I attribute my success to maintaining a high level of communication from start to finish. I find that this reduces the stress that is often associated with buying a home. Keeping everyone in the loop early and often is always what I strive for with every loan that I originate.
