The process was as smooth as could be expected from beginning to end. Steps were completed in a very timely manner and Bobby and the the rest of the RMS staff were very helpful throughout.
Bobby provided knowledge and assistance throughout the process. He was a pleasure to work with as were the members of the RMS team.
