Bob was great to work with. He knew exactly what was needed and when it should be received. As the closing date got closer, he was in close communocation with us, letting us know what the status was at every stage.

Bob was very responsive to my questions and he kept me up to date on what was happening with my loan. It took a little longer than what it should but they were very thorough and made sure things were done right.
