Communication more with the buyer and not with the seller. Know & learn more about Disable Veterans(a class for lenders). Because I offered numerous times to send my Letter of Verification of being a 100% Disable Veteran.
Bob is awesome. Excellent communication and he is willing to answer any and all questions we came up with. This is the second time I've worked with him on a home purchase and it went smooth both times.
