It had been over 34 years since we'd financed our home, and didn't quite understand all the new documentation that we needed to provide, etc..Bob was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as we went through the entire process

The experience was excellent because everything was detailed out to where I was able to understand it and I was able to do everything electronically without having to make several runs to the office to sign documents.
Great service, quick on getting back to us on new info or whatever questions we had.
