I believe I bought points which wasn't communicated to me
Bob is excellent with communication and keeping me updated throughout the loan process.

Bob and his team were exceptional! They answered any questions we had and always answered our calls no matter the time of day. They made buying a house so easy and stress free. Would HIGHLY recommend.
You can't change personality.I had a backup approved loan (not pre approved) to continue with the purchase. And respected other people from the team. But Bob was not ideal on communication. Change of tone of voice, and other facts like irritation......
