As mentioned, the team made the process easy and were very responsive throughout to any questions or needs we had.
The entire process was quick, information needed was clear, and the team during the entire process was very responsive. Also the graphic sent out with the updates was a nice communication to let us know exactly where the process was.

In addition to the origination responsibilities that keep him in tune with the service needs of his customers, borrowers, and production staff, Bob's responsibilities include managing a production-oriented platform that fosters a commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
Bob is a graduate of the University of Richmond. He is a Certified Public Accountant, which gives him unique insight when helping customers plan their mortgage.
Bob currently resides in Ellicott City, Maryland with his wife, Paula, his daughters Katharine and Julia, and his son, Charlie.
