Whenever I had questions, Dawn and/or Bob responded to me in a timely manner with clear answers. They made the whole process seem effortless.
The process to fill out/upload the required paperwork electronically made things easier. And the quick updates on what else needed to be done and where the loan was in processing was nice.
Everything was done in a timely manner and everyone always answered my questions clearly and quickly.

Great communication and updates as needed. Clear and understandable explanations of the loan process and any changes that came about.
Waiting over four months is too much. It made you more sensitive to any delays and mistakes made after. You would be better served to hire more people or take in less clients. The delay cost me money every month so it made it feel worse.

In addition to the origination responsibilities that keep him in tune with the service needs of his customers, borrowers, and production staff, Bob's responsibilities include managing a production-oriented platform that fosters a commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
Bob is a graduate of the University of Richmond. He is a Certified Public Accountant, which gives him unique insight when helping customers plan their mortgage.
Bob currently resides in Ellicott City, Maryland with his wife, Paula, his daughters Katharine and Julia, and his son, Charlie.
