Sometimes working with “teams” can be a challenge. Requests from different team members for info that had already been provided; Also, I am a “baby boomer” and still prefer to communicate via phone as opposed to e-mail;

I would have appreciated more communication throughout the process. Towards the end I almost cancelled everything as people were stating they didn’t have everything and would have to postpone the closing thus losing our interest rate.
