It was good
Names were spelled wrong and buyer’s info were inaccurate throughout the loan process and at closing after multiple corrections. Very unpleasant and stressful closing due to many attempts to fix the mistakes on the day of.
Communication between the whole team was awful. We had to resend documents that were already sent a few times. We were told incorrect information throughout the entire process. Some of the estimated numbers were underestimated by a good amount....
