There wasn't a lot of communication throughout the process both before buyers went under agreement and through out the process. When there was a problem I heard it from the processor not Blake and it was handled poorly. A regularly scheduled...

Blake was always very responsive, helpful, and agreeable. He made the loan work under a quick time crunch.
