I would have appreciated more communication regarding timelines. When we asked a question, we were told we should have the information. But we didn't so we had to keep asking.
Communication was off by a lot. Better communication and understanding would have gone a long way. Prepping for our closing was the worst experience. Next time, please take into consideration that our time is also valuable.
