Only thing not great was the resistance to furnishing us the whole closing package prior to closing for our attorney to review.

Mr. Winfree and his staff were first rate in our dealings with them. They were friendly, knowlegable and professional in the entire process.
When asked for help, always told me what could not be done. Very negative. I paid a point and just had to get through it. Lauren was much more helpful. Billy was not helpful at all.
