The loan was difficult due the fact that there were 3 deaths in the family and the land deeds were a mess he stuck it out the whole time I thank him very much

Being a little more informative and proactive towards the end of the process. An hour past time on day of closing and attorney just then received paperwork after failing many times to contact Linder to find issue.
