Everything was seamless and stress-free. relocating to another state was a different experience than the last two times we went through mortgage financing, so to not have to worry about the different state regulations was nice

Bill was very responsive to all our needs and questions. It went smoothly for the most part. One thing that was a little difficult was sending documents over. Not necessarily anyone's fault, but was just a little difficult.
