Thanks for the service and looking out for us when rates dropped
I truly appreciate the professionalism of the team, as well as, the consistency with being informed throughout the entire process. There was never a time where I questioned the process. I always felt well taken care of.
Everything went as well as it could, considering the circumstances. My only comment is that there should've been more notice of any changes or events. Everything was a last minute notice which is very, very frustrating.
They were great about keeping me updated on the status of everything helping to make the process smooth
Bill did a great job communicating along the way to make the process much smoother than it could have been.
