Communication was lacking. Our closing date had to be moved because Mrs. Kitchens was not properly communicating (only my husband received email requesting e-signature) nor was communication timely (email at 5 pm to sign by midnight).
Betty always promptly answers questions, finds us ways to save, and tells us about mortgage products we don’t know about. She treats us as if we are family every time we talk with her.
Betty and Dawn (and the rest of the staff) were always quick and thorough about how they answered my multitudes of questions. Their kindness and professionalism made this whole experience a pleasant one.
