The repairman was courteous and friendly. Gave good advice about repair. The phone service scheduling was also prompt and professional. I would use this company again.

I have no idea how this has a 4.7 for reviews. This company has been so unprofessional. I had a microwave light go out that was covered under warranty. It took 2 times to fix that and on the second time they broke the panel part of my microwave....
