Service Technician was prompt and through email knew where you were in the queue for service. Very Professional in appearance and knowledge. Had to wait for a control panel to be overnighted. Was installed immediately. Great service.

Tech diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed. Noticed a light was out but under warranty and ordered part to repair later (still waiting) but he said it might take a couple of weeks.
