Great professionalism and care.
Bert took the time to explain things to us. Very pleasant even when we asked stupid questions. Always available and full of knowledge.
There were times when your communication was clear and prompt. Other times I found it hard to be certain whether you received documents or not (your app was not current so added to confusion).
You did not asked for mass amount of paper work that was not needed. Jonn was very available to answer all questions when I needed .Closing was smooth and Law firm have everything in order.
