The whole process was smooth and painless until the very end with the closing. But we know closing time can be a pain sometimes so we just took each day a step at a time.

Bert and Todd were very nice and also very proactive in getting me closed smoothly and quickly.
We were under an extremely tight deadline. Every other lending company gave us a date 2 weeks past when we had to close and we called several. Fairway was the only one that was able to close the deal in the window.
