Process simplified!
Great communications, knowledge of process, utilized web tools to streamline required documents and signatures. Very successful in underwriter's approval. Would use them again and highly recommend them.
Ben made the entire process from the beginning simple and easy to understand. The VA IRRL process went very smooth. Far smoother then I anticipated. Ben was also available and offer knowledgeable answers for any questions I had.
