Excellent service!
I appreciate Ben quick responses. He also mantioned to complete my refinance much faster than what I expected. Would definitely work with him again.
Communication was very rare and mostly just if I initiated it. Answers were very abrupt and short. Hold was put on HELOC without notifying me. Closing was never scheduled as promised, notary called about an hour before arrival.
Overall a great refi experience. Ben and his team were quick to respond to all of my questions and provided clear answers. I was able to lock in a great rate as promised in their quote and vary happy with the service they provided. Highly recommended....
