Ben was always easy to get a hold of and had a answer for everything.
The video emails are terrible. I would much prefer an actual email to read, then having to click and wait for a video to load.
Very organized, responsive, quick and streamlined experience. As it should be.
The communication was terrible. Multiple requests were made for documents already sent thru the secure portal. Some emails were not responded.
