The detection to chase down small things that meant the world to me. The turn around for the extra point buy was amazing.

Ben was great, but when loan went to the next step, it was a daily back and forth asking for more and more paperwork and sometimes having to provide the same thing more than once. It was easier to buy the house than it was to refinance
