    A little more communication with the loan process. I had several questions towards the end of the loan process that I felt was not answered in a timely manner. I know we all have busy lives, but there are times we have to make some sacrifices....

    The service was great from the beginning, but toward the end we kinda ran into the wall. But it was worth it at end.
