    What I liked the most was I kept informed of everything. I don't like surprises, and there weren't any because everyone was upfront about the process, and let me know what was going to happen next, which in turn gave me peace of mind.

    Becky was detailed and did an excellent job with her service to 8s and I was highly impressed with the fact that whenever she spoke with us she was aware of our needs...I never knew she had other clients...thats how detailed she was.
