I worked with Jay Williams while representing a buyer. He was very professional, kept in consistent communication and was very knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend the team.
Jay did a great job with a not so good situation. He got my client into the home he wanted on a VA loan with less closing cost and monthly payments than my client expected.
