Questions were answered quickly, information was sent out in a timely manner!
Kristin kept us informed on the transaction. Due to Buyer previously working with another lender, the appraisal delay happened on the other company’s time and we just had to wait, which was out of our control. Overall, smooth transaction.
Jay was very helpful in explaining the various options we had regarding the different DPA programs that were available to us.
No words, every department was firing on all cylinders. The experience was perfect!
It was absolutely the very best home buying experience we ever had, thank you so much!
