Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I originally was going to go with another lender. When I spoke with Beatrice she made me feel so much more comfortable about the process of getting a loan and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

There were multiple times that I would email Beatrice and even leave a voicemail and she would either never get back to me or would take days to respond. My loan process took longer than expected and it was frustrating trying to get updates...

Very communicative and responsive.
