She was great in the initial process but there should be a standard list of paper work to get started and it wasnt her it was the underwriters she was great to talk to and get started

We had a 45 day escrow that didn’t have activity for 3 weeks, and the loan got changed 4x without our knowledge or control. REBECCA MOORE was our originator.
