I gave an honest and negative review. Not all was Bassel....actually he was the most positive of the 3 people with whom I interacted. Look.....too much negative happened from lack of response...no follow through...erroneous information (constant)....

My experience was great. There was clear instructions through every step of the process. Everyone was available to answer questions and provided updates.
