The one lady that was handling it in the beginning was great . then they changed it up . and then I got no communication . I sent emailed and recieved no answers. they got the loan at the end so I guess they didn't have to communicate .

I had to speak to multiple staff persons to get this loan. I never spoke to Bessel. My processor had trouble understanding the difference between 1099 position verses private practice. The time and issues made the process extremely long.
