Basil is very informative and is available at any time of the day or night to answer and questions or concerns I had in this process.
I got more help through the entire process from Basil and everyone else involved than I could have imagined to get. The experience was so great I'd send my mother to them haha!
He answered all my calls and a timely manner. He even took the time to answer calls on Saturdays and Sundays when I had questions.
