Mostly online, which is great for someone who knows how to navigate it all. I'd still prefer to have someone call and explain the steps or the documents so we don't assume anything incorrectly. Otherwise, it's been a good experience.

Bashir and his team gave an outstanding service. Everything went smooth and on time for closure. They were able to beat any other bank offers. He responded immediately to my questions even during weekends and out of working hours.
Excellent service - great communication and excellent status tracking on their website
