We had an excellent experience working with Barney. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient throughout the entire loan process. We would highly recommend Barney to anyone looking for a reliable loan officer.
During the final walk-through, we found that the Seller had not completed all the agreed upon items. The Lender wouldn't allow a holdback to reassure me that it would get done. That pushed a lot of unnecessary risk and work to me.
