I loved the way you keep people appraised each step of the way. You let us know right away if we have to send you more information,and even though we were stressed out you let us know that everything was ok and I thank you for that.
You walked us through every step and stayed with us from beginning to end. Staff was very knowledgeable and was there to answer any and all questions to make the process more easy.
