    Quick responses when I reached out with questions or looking for progress updates. Closing Department/Processing side was slow, but Bailey was able to communicate with that Department to get things moving

    When we started looking for a house to buy it only took 1 hour on a Sunday afternoon to get pre qualified for a loan. The rest of the loan process seemed to move along at a smooth and steady pace until We closed on our home.
