    It was quite expensive for a refinance. It also closed a month later than we were told. Also, it should be easier to do direct deposit of any funds.

    Bailey was very professional and helpful with aspects that were not even his job making a frustrating situation much better.

    The problem wasn't with Bailey. The communication to close my loan with the notary was terrible. They failed to recognize the time zone difference causing me to make a lot of phone calls and having to leave work trying to coordinate everything....

    Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. Any questions I had at anytime were answered and Bailey made sure I understood or he would explain it again.
