Austin was very transparent and generous with information and education. He also put in alot of thought in coming up with mortgage plans specific to my situation. I felt that he was more of a partner and advisor and not just a loan officer.

Austin responded quickly and explained options thoroughly . When we strayed off the best path he let us know so we could do better and we landed on a good morgage .
