Great times glad to be in our new home
We had some difficult circumstances surrounding our contractor. Austin was able to work through each misunderstanding and communicated between each department and the contractor to ensure we were able to make it to closing on time.
The service we received through Austin Beaman and 1st Tribal was great! They were always very responsive and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. They made a very stressful time (buying a house) a little easier.
Might not pertain to Austin. However, the loan process was beyond stressful and highly unpleasant. My closing date got pushed back 24 days. Causing everything to become delayed. The people from freedom homes were never notified that I was closing...
