I was told the competitor could be beaten, but it was done with $900 in points and a longer term loan. The deal was not that good and I could have done better. The process was handled well.

I just had to fight to get a good interest rate..show the hud statement to get my rate down. Some points i had to purchase to get that rate. I only shopped at one place and the other was better mortgage. I expect when the rates come down to...
