Many times, information was requested..the SAME information. Unexpected Delays that may not have been her fault. Scheduled meetings with other loan segments were setup and no one called or reached out. Process was slow. First payment is due...

No communication, no call backs, no response to emails. She left and did not designate someone in charge of our loan. Aric had zero clue what he was doing. Didn't even know our names. We finally had to contact someone higher up.
