It would have been better if I would have took the first time buyer's class before the process started. I would have been prepared and knew more information.
Quick response and taking the time to explain issues that I didn’t understand was very much appreciated.
The emails from the State of SC on the closing of an account were questioned. The delay pushed us two days past the rate lock. I was charged over $500 for the delay. A follow up with the State confirmed what was said over a week earlier
I felt I could get answers/explanations to my questions and concerns.
I never had to wonder where we were in the process and I received quick responses.
