Everyone was very prompt in returning phone calls ans pleasant when interacting with us. I felt well informed throughout the entire process, it was a great bonding experience.
I felt at times some people were getting aggravated with us and when talking on the phone they were rude and had a couple smart comments that weren’t necessary.
Very helpful answering all of my questions and accommodating to any and all changes. Very pleasant team throughout. Really felt they were there to help me.
