Everything was easy and professional.
There was lack of communication from their part. They never physically call us and when we call them never picked up. Where issues arose with both loan processes they never disclosed them to us.
Ashely got us in last minute after another company couldn't help us the way she did, and our closing date was only delayed by 4 days. Very responsive and quick at that. Great team to work with, we will definately be recommending them to others...
