Communicated great with me the whole way through the process.
it might have been better if we could have met in person, i will never do anything concerning loans over the computer again, it is just too much trouble. too much faxing back and forth and printing.

Communication, follow through and very timely. From the moment we submitted our application we were well informed of what was needed and where we were in the process. Super impressed by Ashley & her team.
There is very poor communication between staff members. Constantly being asked to send the same thing over and over. Also little educating of consumers about the process, ever changing timelines and at least one person was incredibly rude!
Quick and efficient communication
All of my questions were answered promptly and I was given all of the information I needed to make the process a pleasant one.
